What you'll do:
Client Leadership & Strategy
Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a set of client accounts.
Lead client meetings, communicate performance, and translate strategy into actionable plans.
Build and optimize cross-channel lifecycle flows (email, SMS, and more) that improve LTV, repeat purchase rate, and payback velocity.
Analyze performance data and make strategic recommendations with support from senior team members.
Internal Team Management
Manage a small internal pod (designer, copywriter, analyst) to deliver client work on time and to a high standard
Coordinate deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure alignment across client and internal teams
Provide feedback and structure that helps your team do their best work
Strategic Development & Growth
Contribute to playbooks, processes, and testing frameworks that help us scale our impact
Collaborate with the Head of Strategy and Head of Operations to improve internal systems
Help push forward the future of lifecycle marketing by testing new tactics and sharing insights
Requirements
3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or growth marketing
3+ years of experience in client-facing roles
3+ years of experience with digital products or e-commerce brands
3+ years leading email and SMS programs
3+ years of experience with emails and SMS automation tools like Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, customer.io, and/or Postscript is ideal. Experience with multiple platforms listed + others outside the list is a plus
2+ years of experience with email deliverability best practices, Google Postmaster, and Microsoft SNDS.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and juggling multiple projects
A strong communicator who’s comfortable leading client conversations and internal standups
A sharp thinker who can connect the dots between data, strategy, and execution
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn’t afraid to take ownership
Experience leading email platform migrations.
Experience working with AI-powered tools on content creation, data analysis, or data integration. Experience with Triple Whale, Tydo, or Black Crown is a plus.
