What you'll do:
Key Responsibilities:
Build, edit, and optimize email and SMS automation flows. Overseeing the entire configuration process, from templates to final implementation
Ensure accurate campaign setup and thoroughly test each campaign to validate that all elements function correctly
Identify and resolve errors or issues in automation configurations promptly
Design and implement precise rules to create audience segments that accurately meet the desired targeting criteria.
Develop and implement effective A/B testing strategies for email campaigns, ensuring that each variant is accurately set up and aligned with the testing objectives.
Configure UTMs following best practices to ensure accurate tracking and proper attribution of campaign results across platforms
Support data integrations across platforms and ensure seamless automation execution
Migrate data, flows, and templates between automation platforms
Responsible for developing structured reports that visualize key email and sms metrics, and revenue attribution, enabling clear performance insights and data-driven decision making.
Document experiment results for future reference and learning
Continuously track deliverability metrics such as inbox placement, bounce rates, and sender reputation to identify issues early and ensure optimal email performance.
Requirements and Skills:
3+ years of experience with email and SMS marketing platforms. Proficiency in Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, customer.io, and/or Postscript is ideal. Experience with multiple platforms listed + others outside the list is a plus
Experience working with CDPs/CDIs such as Segment, Snowplow, HighTouch, Census, and/or mPracticle. Experience with multiple platforms is a plus
Experience working with tech teams, using APIs, and developing requirements for them to integrate data and/or fix data issues on ESPs and/or CDPs/CDIs from different data sources
2+ years of experience with email deliverability best practices, Google Postmaster, and Microsoft SNDS. Experience with GlockApps is a plus
Experience leading or being highly involved in migrations between email marketing platforms, ensuring data integrity and functional continuity. Having experience in more than 2 platform migrations is a plus
Advanced proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to build and manage structured reports
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to develop, QA, and report performance metrics
Adaptable to change and proactive by learning and navigating new tools and platforms
Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams to support client initiatives and meet deadlines
Advanced level of English
