We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Automation Specialist to lead the setup and implementation of automated email and SMS marketing flows, as well as the creation and maintenance of performance reports. This is a remote position ideally for someone located in the LATAM or South Africa region and comfortable working in Eastern Time. The ideal candidate has experience working with various email and SMS marketing platforms, has had experience with platform migrations, and demonstrates strong attention to detail and effective organizational practices.

As a Senior Strategist, you’ll own relationships and strategy for a set of client accounts while working closely with a senior strategic lead who will provide oversight and mentorship. You’ll also manage a small cross-functional internal team (pod) responsible for execution across those accounts. This is a hybrid role—part client-facing, part internal team leadership, and part hands-on implementation, but overall 100% strategic. You’ll get to learn from seasoned experts while owning real business outcomes and helping to drive meaningful growth through retention, cross-channel automation, and performance optimization.
