We’re looking for an Automations & Deliverability Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of our lifecycle pods—ensuring flawless execution, system reliability, and reporting accuracy across multiple client accounts. You’ll work directly alongside a lifecycle strategist in a fast-paced, sprint-based environment—building, QA’ing, and optimizing automations across email, SMS, and push channels. You’ll also take ownership of performance reporting, proactively diagnosing issues, and ensuring deliverability best practices are followed before problems arise. This role is for someone who thrives on precision, consistency, and problem-solving—someone who takes pride in catching what others miss and ensuring every automation, segment, and report works exactly as intended.

As a Senior Strategist, you’ll own relationships and strategy for a set of client accounts while working closely with a senior strategic lead who will provide oversight and mentorship. You’ll also manage a small cross-functional internal team (pod) responsible for execution across those accounts. This is a hybrid role—part client-facing, part internal team leadership, and part hands-on implementation, but overall 100% strategic. We’re hiring an Operations Associate with hands-on experience inside an ecommerce, lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing agency. You understand how agency pods work, how deliverables move, and how to keep cross-functional teams organized and on track. In this role, you’ll support the Operations Manager and founder across agency operations—helping manage ClickUp workflows, billing, HR coordination, documentation, and internal systems. Over time, you’ll take on larger responsibilities with a clear path toward deeper operational ownership as the company scales.
